These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of XUEDAO EDUCATION SDN BHD’s Website, located at https://www.xuedao-edu.com/.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use 【学到教育】 XueDao Education if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. 家长/监护人有责任安排并确认学生的课堂时间后才选购班级，下单结账后，无论任何原因，恕不退款/更换班级。
2. 若学生/家长无法遵守规则或影响课堂流程和品质，【学到】将给予2次口头警告后，有权把学生列入黑名单，永远无法报名参与【学到】主办的任何活动/课堂。
3. 为了上网课的质量受保证，请提早准备用于上课的电脑/手机/平板，到所在地Wifi信号较强的地方和适合上课的环境先作好准备，以避免网速不稳定，影响上课质量。如果网速还是不稳定，请看看家人是否上网（特别是看影片），试试先关掉，待上完课后再继续。
4. 上课前：提前准备好文具，打印好课堂资料，吃饱，上厕所，log in zoom，打开摄像头，关mic
5. 上课时必须打开摄像头以便能和老师有效地沟通，也方便老师监督学生的上课情况，以达至最佳学习成果！
6. 请用报名表格里的学生全名登入Zoom。无法确认身份的学生将直接从课堂移除。（点击Participants>鼠标指向自己的名字>点击more>rename）
7. 若上课时发现有重复的名字或还未报名的名字，【学到】会将其转入waiting room，并有权严厉处置。
8. 导师授课时，请关麦克风（MUTE），以免影响课堂品质。
9. 若有疑问，请先点击“raise hand”或在留言区提出问题。学生也可以在问答环节，在老师的允许下UNMUTE发问。
10. 严禁学生在留言区聊天，spam或留言无关的话题。
11. 【学到】导师们将根据个人能力，以课堂学习成果为主，有权设定课堂人数。
12. 由于课堂人数有限，waiting list里还有其他的学生正排队等候报名参加，我们只限认真学习的学生。
13. 给予的优先报名期限后，现有名额将自动转让给waiting list的下一个名额。
